ALL PLAYERS MUST SUBMIT THESE TWO FORMS BEFORE THE FIRST MATCH

Truman Player Information Form (Complete the information and submit)
Player Medical Information Form (Print and complete the form, and return to Coach Sexton)

You must have personal medical insurance to participate in rugby. If you need a season-long policy, talk to Coach Sexton about the details for getting this coverage. Please be sure to provide the name of your insurance provider and the policy number on the medical and player information forms.

ALL PLAYERS MUST BE FULLY ENROLLED BEFORE PLAYING IN THEIR FIRST MATCH

Membership Dues - All players must be registered with USA Rugby, the Western Rugby Union and the Heart of America Rugby Union to participate in rugby. The team will conduct a group enrollment, so do not enroll yourself.

USA Rugby has changed the membership registration cycle, and all members must re-enroll as of September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2009. Player registration for the 2008-2009 competitive year is $65 ($30 USA Rugby, $20 West, and $15 Heart of America).

Club Dues for Spring 2008 - Your fall semester club dues help support club operations, pay referee fees, purchase of medical supplies, provide assistance for travel to away games, and hosting of visiting teams.

Returning players: $50

New players: $25

Playing kit - New players will also need black rugby shorts, solid black playing socks, and a team t-shirt ($30). These will be distributed to all players before the first match - but must be paid before receipt.

TOTAL DUES PAYABLE "TRUMAN RUGBY"

Returning players = $65 + $50 = $115 (plus any additional for shorts, socks or a team t-shirt)

New Players = $65 + $25 + $30 = $120 (includes shorts, socks and team t-shirt)

Player Gear Order Page - if you need any extra gear for the upcoming season, click here and submit the order. We require payment for all gear upon delivery. All members are required to have matching team black shorts and socks.

Truman Rugby T-shirts - All members are required to have a club t-shirt to wear before each match. Each player will receive a t-shirt with their playing kit (see above). Additional t-shirts are for sale, and can be purchased for family and friends.

Old Truman jerseys - We have a limited number of old Truman playing jerseys that are available to players (and Alumni) only, on a first-come basis. These are great for practicing.

Rugby boots - The price depends on the model selected (prices average $60-$70 per pair).

Shoulder pads and head gear - We will get the best possible price available.

Truman Rugby gear bags - These are special order items. We will be discussing the purchase of team kit bags for the coming fall season.

Warm-ups - We will be discussing the purchase of team warm-ups for the fall season.

VENDORS - You can contact these vendors and order gear for yourself using your credit card (which we can't do through the club).

American Rugby Outfitters - The ling is http://www.rugbygear.com/. There is no set discount, but note that you are with Truman Rugby and ask whether there is any available discount.
