The West requires submission of a Match Report by Referees for all Men's Club Division I (North & Texas), Men's Club Division 2 - Central, Men's Collegiate Division I (Central, Texas & West), Women's Club Division 1, and Women Collegiate Division 1 and Division 2 - Central matches that are part of the West competition series.
